Start with pickup from your hotel in Puna Cana or Bavaro. Enjoy the scenery on the transfer to Bayahibe beach, where you'll board either a catamaran or speedboat for the ride to Saona Island.   Saona Island is a 42-square-kilometer Caribbean gem off the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. Originally named "Adamanay" by the Taino Indians, the island was renamed by Christopher Columbus, during his second voyage to the Americas in 1494.  Before reaching Saona Island, you'll stop at the breathtaking natural pool, a serene area of crystal-clear, shallow waters, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.  On the catamaran, you’ll enjoy a lively atmosphere with a local open bar, music, and an entertainment team that will ensure a fun and unforgettable journey as you cruise along the beautiful coastline.  Once you arrive on Saona Island, you'll have 3 hours of free time to explore its pristine white sandy beaches, swim in the vibrant turquoise waters, or simply lounge under the sun.
